Wheels Day 2008….and now for the Weather!


You can usually expect a change of Weather at a UK Rod Run, its normal, what you don’t expect is to turn up early to be greeted by Sunshine then storm force winds followed by rain, snow then back to Sunshine and that’s exactly what we got at Wheels day this year, did it put folk of….not on your Nelly!

Hot Rodders are made of sterner stuff than that, and that’s the best way to pay back the hard working team who put on this great one day show, simply turn up and enjoy.

The usual variety of all things vehicular were on display as well as a great line up bands, Trade stands and the Daddy of MC’s John Price doing what he does best..

Derick and Sandra from DW Bars brought along their Fire Engine and Station to provide the organisers with Tea/Coffee and biscuits free all day, thanks Guys.

So if for some reason you missed this years Show make a note in the Diary Good Friday 2009, Rushmore Arena, Aldershot and take part in the phenomenon that is Wheels Day. Rodders.
